Administration
The Cartiere Carrara Group aims to strengthen its Finance Department and is looking for an administrative clerk who will autonomously handle accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing customers
- Substitutive archiving
- Closure of the Claim process
- Matching customs documents / extra-CE invoices – CMR/CEE (customs agency)
- Sales turnover reconciliations / Co.Ge / statistics / SAC – accounting records
- Support Co.Ge in preparing balance sheet data (active part)
- Invoicing for pallets on exchange – white certificates, generally NO CORE
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or related field
- Experience in structured companies (at least 3-4 years)
- Proficiency in major business IT tools (MS Office, Outlook/similar)
- Preferable knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of English

The graphic designer will be responsible for working on key activities crucial to our context: branding, collateral materials, digital marketing, social media, and anything that can improve our corporate image and group profitability.
Responsibilities
- “Listening” to market trends and communication trends from a graphic perspective
- Developing communication campaigns with the entire marketing team
- Designing storyboards and working on mood boards
- Developing and updating packaging and marketing collateral
- Reviewing catalogs and setting up new sales tools
- Supporting the production of advertising assets (images, videos, etc.) for both digital and traditional channels
- Photo/video shooting: overseeing productions and post-production
- Creating visual content to feed our social media channels
- Overseeing the graphic aspects of the group’s websites
- Developing graphic and communication solutions with the Trade Marketing and Sales team
- Supporting the communications office regarding brand awareness and brand-related communications, from a graphic and video perspective
Requirements
- Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- 3+ years of experience in the role and project management
- Demonstrable experience in brand development, rebranding, creative content, etc.

The professional figure of the Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming guests, and supporting the requests of the head office team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the switchboard (handling calls in accordance with timeliness, courtesy, and compliance criteria)

Health & Safety
Role
The individual in this role will support and assist the HSE Manager in performing all activities related to health and safety within the company.
Main Activities
- Interacts daily with all company functions, particularly with other HSE Specialists and the HSE Manager within the group.
- Participates in drafting and disseminating company procedures and organizing training activities related to safety.
- Collaborates in setting the annual Health and Safety objectives at the site level and will participate in monitoring and supervising work areas, reporting any anomalies and non-compliance in Safety, and promoting corrective/preventive actions and improvement opportunities.
- Conducts audits.
- Prepares risk assessments for the company, with particular attention to mapping specific risks present in company areas, through the analysis of production processes and construction site activities.
- Manages and controls documents for the access of third-party companies performing routine and extraordinary maintenance work in accordance with company procedures and legal safety regulations.
- Acts as a trainer (Art. 36 of Legislative Decree 81/08) and collaborates in proposing information and training programs for workers in cooperation with the HR office.
- Oversees some safety maintenance activities in close collaboration with relevant companies.

- Technical diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Prevention Sciences, or other technical degrees.
- Strong motivation to operate at both a design and implementation/management level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize shipments via sea, intermodal, and road transport for EU and non-EU destinations.
- Optimize trips based on the geographical area, client, and type of cargo.
- Manage delivery agreements with clients.
- Handle merchandise returns from clients.
- Maintain regular contact with carriers regarding vehicle availability, price updates, and quotations.
- Support the Logistics Manager in supplier qualification and selection.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, billing department, and freight forwarders to prepare the necessary documentation for outgoing customs procedures.
